

There is a whole scene including other arcade loaders and cracked arcade PC games. So, yeah, you'd put a regular Windows PC inside the cab - just like the original game did. Teknoparrot is what they call a "compatibility layer" which allows arcade games that run on PC hardware to load on a regular Windows PC and be configured to your controllers. One cab can feel completely different to another.

A lot depends on whether you're using a cheap PC force feedback wheel or hooking it up to a larger motor from an arcade wheel.Įven on original hardware force feedback strength can be adjustable and motors wear out over time etc. I can't say if the force feedback would feed identical to the original cab.
